Chesterfield County Public Schools, the largest school division in central Virginia, is searching for educators with a strong academic background and a passion for preparing students for success.
For the 2016-17 school year, Chesterfield County Public Schools anticipates several openings in critical needs areas. Highly qualified candidates seeking employment as teachers of secondary mathematics, secondary science, world languages, career and technical education, special education or family and consumer science are encouraged to apply to be interviewed during a Feb. 26 recruitment event. Because many applications are expected, interviews will be by invitation only. To be considered for an interview, candidates must apply by Feb. 16 by going to mychesterfieldschools.com/apply-at-ccps and clicking on “Critical Needs Teacher Recruitment Event.”

While Chesterfield County Public Schools expects to have open positions in all content areas for 2016-17, the February recruitment event is only for educators in the critical needs areas of secondary mathematics, secondary science, world languages, career and technical education, special education or family and consumer science. Open positions in all content areas are posted at mychesterfieldschools.com/apply-at-ccps
