The Matoaca High School Show choirs under the direction of Brad Berkley competed in the Mid Atlantic Show Choir Spectacular hosted by Clover Hill High School Saturday February 20. The choirs both produced stellar performances and placed in their respective categories. The girls choir, Up Front, received first runner-up in the unisex division. The mixed choir, High Impact, received Grand Champion in their division in preliminary rounds and finished second runner-up in finals. The show choir band won best band in the unisex and mixed division.
