BRONCO U11 WORLD SERIES OPENING DAY – Opening ceremonies will be held at 4:30 p.m. Dale District Supervisor Jim Holland will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the first game at 5:30 pm. Chesterfield County will play host to the Bronco U11 World Series in which eight teams from around the world will compete for the U11 Championship. This annual event, run by the Chesterfield Baseball Clubs, includes group play for the first three days and then concludes with the semifinals and championship games on Sunday. NATIONAL NIGHT OUT – America’s Night Out Against Crime – 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Neighborhoods throughout Chesterfield County.   Parties were to be registered by July 24. Those registered after July 24 are not guaranteed a visit by McGruff or goodie bags at their event.
