Kelly to serve as interim police chief

is retirement on Sept. 1, 2017, Lt. Col. Daniel W. Kelly will serve as interim chief of police.
Kelly’s appointment will be effective Sept. 1, 2017, and will continue until the Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors appoints a new chief of police.
