The format of the double-elimination Bronco World Series hasn’t changed.

International teams from the Philippines, Mexico and the Dominican Republic have already qualified by winning their respective tournaments. Four other participants, coming from the North, South, East and West regions, will be determined July 21.

Chesterfield Baseball Clubs will participate once again, hoping to recapture the magic of their 2013 and 2014 championships.

Last season, CBC placed third, guided by Conner Hedgepeth’s noisy bat. He hit .462 en route to being named the tournament’s most valuable offensive player. A team from Chicago defeated Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, in an exciting final, 6-5.
