Thomas Dale won the Class 6, Region A title with a 73-71 victory over Western Branch. Miles Phillips hit two free throws to tie the game in regulation, and Kylon Lewis made two foul shots with two seconds left in overtime to win. Last Friday, the Knights fell to Massaponax 58-53 in the Class 6 state quarterfinals. Pictured above is the team with the regional championship trophy.
