Thomas Dale’s Jones, Saunders commit

Judah Jones, who is primarily a defensive player, made his decision to play at North Carolina Wesleyan. The 5-11, 175-pound senior played both outside linebacker and free safety. 

In the 2019 season, he had 103 tackles, four sacks, one interception, and one fumble recovery. He was one of the best linebackers in the region.

Jones is also a big time hitter who makes plays in the backfield, recording 10 tackles for loss last season. 

Crishuan Saunders, a hybrid of defensive back and linebacker for th knights, made his commitment to Lackawanna Community College.

In the 2019 season, the 6-2, 185-pound senior had a total of 69 tackles, 14 pass deflections, one interception, and a blocked punt. 

Saunders’s work in the previous season led to him receiving offers from Palmetto Prep, Liberty and Old Dominion University.
