CHESTERFIELD – Police are investigating an armed robbery of the 7-Eleven located in the 6100 block of Jefferson Davis Highway. The robbery occurred around 11 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12. Police said a man entered the business, displayed a firearm, and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect is described as a white man wearing a gray shirt and gray pants. His face was covered during the incident. No one was injured.

CHESTERFIELD – Police have released the identities of two men charged in relation to a larceny from an auto and subsequent shooting that occurred in the 5700 block of Willowbranch Drive at about 10:40 p.m. Aug. 6. CHESTERFIELD – Police are looking for a suspect from an attempted robbery that occurred in the 3400 block of West Hundred Road around 2 a.m. today, July 25. A woman reported that as she waited the traffic light to cycle at the intersection of Curtis Street and West Hundred Road an unknown black man approached with a gun and demanded that she get out of the vehicle. CHESTERFIELD – Chesterfield County police are asking community members to be diligent about securing their motor vehicles. Since June 1, Chesterfield County police have responded to 37 reports of stolen motor vehicles. In at least seven of those incidents, the vehicles have been left running. Police are cautioning people not to leave their cars running simply for convenience, as thieves may take the opportunity to steal from the vehicle or drive away in it.
