CHESTERFIELD – Rashaun D. Bradley, 29, of the 5700 block of Fox Hunt Trail, was arrested Oct. 25. On Oct. 18 at about 7:45 p.m., Chesterfield police responded to the 21300 block of Bridle Path Drive for a report of shots fired. During the course of their investigation, police learned that Bradley allegedly vandalized a residence in the 20800 block of Truth Drive earlier that day. Armed robbery suspect wanted

CHESTERFIELD – Police are seeking a man wanted in connection with an attempted robbery in 2015. At about 10:15 p.m. Aug. 22, 2015, a woman was in her vehicle in the 5900 block of Slumber Lane. Two unknown, armed men approached the vehicle, tapped on the windows and attempted to open the doors. Nearby motion sensor lights came on, causing the suspects to flee. Man gets 35 years for wife’s death

An Army veteran with no prior convictions but with a recent history of mental illness was sentenced Oct. 19 to 50 years in prison with 15 suspended for killing his wife last year. Deric Demetrius Colander, 54, was convicted of first-degree murder in the death of his estranged wife, Tina M. Colander, 54, at the Days Inn of Chester on May 25, 2017. Tina M. Colander was also an Army veteran. Chesterfield Circuit Court Judge F.G. Rockwell III sentenced Colander as part of a plea agreement. As a teacher with 22 years in the field, Alycia Allen has taught kindergarten, second, third and fourth grades and multi-age classes.
