South Chesterfield author releases kids’ book nationwide

This week marks the nationwide release of “Freddy Meets His Goliath,” the first book in the Sweet Frog Bible Story Series by South Chesterfield author Amy Parsons Meadows.

The book introduces Freddy Sweet Frog, who has a problem, and his name is Terrence Cane Toad. Terrence is the school bully, and he has taken charge of the playground. How will Freddy overcome his fears?

Young readers find out if Freddy will ever be able to go down the slide again, and how a simple story about David, a shepherd boy from Bethlehem, can help Freddy with his problem in this engaging story.

Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.

This is also an eLIVE title, meaning each book contains a code redeemable for a free audio book version from TatePublishing.com. eLIVE – Listen, Imagine, View, and Experience!

Meadows is a wife and mother of three girls living in Chesterfield County, Virginia. She is a part-time health educator and substitute teacher, and has also spent over 10 years teaching children (including her own daughters) the joys of worship arts. Her first children’s book was “Elizabeth Grace Quadrapuss Goes to Kindergarten.”
