Christmas Mother receives donation

Volunteers with the Chesterfield-Colonial Heights Christmas Mother Committee gathered at the Martin’s Food Market in Bermuda Square to accept a $29,500 check from Martin’s. The money was raised by the grocery chain’s customers’ participation in the company’s annual Share a Holiday Meal campaign plus an additional donation from Martin’s.
