Restaurants, cleaners to open at Bermuda Crossings
Buffalo Wild Wings will be locating a 6,032 square feet restaurant at 12312 Bermuda Crossroads Lane. Taylor Long Properties, a commercial real estate broker has announce two leases and a purchase at or adjacent to the Bermuda Crossings Shopping Center on Jefferson Davis Highway near its intersection with West Hundred Road. The property was leased to Chester Wings, LLC on Dec. 18, 2012.
A second restaurant, Bojangles, (Redco Properties LLC) has purchased an out-parcel at Bermuda Crossings consisting of 1.2 acres. The restaurant will be located on Bermuda Crossroad Lane fronting Jefferson Davis Highway.
At Bermuda Crossings, Taylor Long has also leased 1,600 square feet to Quincy L. Walker and Tori Johnson Walker for a dry cleaning business to be called Eco Green Cleaners.
At West Hundred Road and Interstate 95, Logan’s Roadhouse will open its doors on Jan. 14, 2013.

Bojangles is probably going
Bojangles is probably going in off Chester Road at the Intersection of Hamlin Creek Parkway. According to the Chesterfield County Citizen GIS Tool (County Website) the property is held by Redco Properties LLC. The same company that operates Bojangles Restaurants in the area. Plus, the building under construction resembles other Bojangles free-standing locations.
