Chester Rotary supports Keep a Child in School Fund

Robin Daniels and Leanne Rohlk from the Chester Rotary Club present Taffy Jones-Hayes, Title 1 Parent Liaison at Harrowgate Elementary School with a check for $1,000 for the school’s Keep A Child In School Fund. This fund provides shoes, coats, medications, food, etc. for students in need.
