Several Bermuda District cases at BOS

Chesterfield’s Board of Supervisors will consider the following requests on August 28, at 6:30 p.m.:

In Bermuda, Jack R. Wilson, III requests rezoning from Community Business (C-3) to General Business (C-5) plus conditional use approval and amendment of zoning district map to permit motor vehicle title lending on .3 acres known as 11648 Jefferson Davis Hwy. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Commercial use.

Bermuda District, Fountain Square Condominiums LLC requests amendment of zoning relative to modification of cash proffers and amendment of zoning district map in a Community Business (C-3) District on .6 acre located in the southwest corner of Fountain Square Plaza and Chester Village Drive. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Neighborhood Mixed use.

In Bermuda District, Babita Rani and Gurpreet Kaur request conditional use approval to permit a family day-care home and amendment of zoning district map in a Residential (R-12) District on .5 acres known as 6731 Arbor Meadows Dr. Density will be controlled by zoning conditions or ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Suburban Residential II.

Bermuda District, Costella H. Hall requests conditional use to permit a business (motor vehicle repair) incidental to a dwelling and amendment of zoning district map in a Residential (R-7) District on .5 acre known as 10201 and 10211 Elokomin Ave. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Regional Mixed use.
