Harris was named the Walter Camp National Defensive Player of the Week for his efforts in Virginia’s victory over BYU last Saturday. The Cavaliers won 19-16 while Harris had 11 tackles (three solo), a quarterback sack, an interception, and a blocked punt. The blocked punt set up the Cavaliers first touchdown of the game in the third quarter. The junior was a two-sport standout at L.C. Bird playing both football and basketball. Harris played quarterback and defensive back on the gridiron and forward on the hardwood. The former Skyhawk was part of the state-runner ups in the 2010-2011 basketball campaign.

Senior at Bridgewater College
Nuckols has put together a solid career as a Bridgewater Eagle. Listed as a midfielder, the former Knight has made the most of her appearances in her first three seasons for the Eagles. Last season, she posted a defensive save in 19 games, garnering 12 starts. Nuckols was part of a Thomas Dale team that earned four straight district and regional championships while she was on the squad from 2006-2009. The senior is majoring in Health and Exercise Science.

Moses, who was ranked as the fifth best lineman in the class of 2009 by rivals.com has evolved into one of the top offensive tackles in the nation, in addition to being a NFL prospect. The senior is a huge right tackle (6-6 335) for the Cavaliers that has improved steadily in each of his three seasons. Moses was selected by Phil Steele as a pre-season All-ACC First Team selection and by Athlon Sports as a pre-season All-ACC Second Team selection. The big guy is known for his beard, which has his own parody account on twitter- @Nourishthebeard.
