1 lb. of ground beef
1 lb. of sausage
1 tub of Ricotta Cheese
1 box jumbo shells
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can of Hunts Spaghetti Sauce or anything comparable
Brown ground beef and sausage. Mix browned meat with tub of ricotta cheese, ½ of the cheddar and mozzarella. Boil jumbo shells per box instructions. Drain shells and run cold water over them. Pour enough of the spaghetti sauce in an 11” X 9” baking dish to cover the bottom. Stuff shells with meat and cheeses mix. Place stuffed shells in the baking dish. If you have some shells left over, break them up and put them in the dish as well. Pour the remainder of the spaghetti sauce over the shells. Sprinkle the remainder of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place shells in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with some garlic bread, homemade or store bought, and a garden salad.
If you want dessert with this:
2 cans of any frozen fruit berry juice concentrate
1 can of fat free Borden Cream
1 graham cracker piecrust
Mix 1-1/2 cans of the juice concentrate with the Borden cream. Pour mix into the piecrust and put it in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
