“Flim-flam” tactic scams Walmart for cash

Crime Solvers needs your help this week to solve a fraud case. On Nov. 17, 2013, a man walked through the Walmart at 12200 Chattanooga Plz. and purchased several items. While checking out at the register, the suspect was able to trick the cashier using a fraudulent tactic called “flim-flam,” which involves exchanging several different denominations of money rapidly. This scammed the business out of a significant amount of money. Chesterfield detectives are asking for your help in identifying the suspect.

The suspect is described as a black male, about 6 feet tall and 250 pounds. He is bald and has brown eyes. Suspect photos can be seen at Crimesolvers.net.
