In three separate incidents, two females were caught on camera amassing more than $3,800 in charges at stores in Chesterfield such as Target, Hollister, Bath & Body Works, Macy’s and Lowe’s. The stores in Henrico included several shops within Short Pump Town Center. The cards were stolen from cars parked at the ACAC Fitness Center in Midlothian and the Woolridge Road YMCA.
