At an adjourned meeting on Jan. 12 at 6:30 p.m. in the County Public Meeting Room at the Chesterfield Administration Building, Route 10 and Lori Road, Chesterfield County’s Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the following matter:

• An ordinance amendment relating to the requirements for issuance of business licenses and particularly relating to delinquent tax payment plans.

A copy of the amendment is on file in the County Administrator’s Office and the Clerk to the Board’s Office (Room 304) at the Chesterfield County Administration Building for public examination between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. of each regular business day.

Also at its Jan. 12 meeting, the Board of Supervisors will consider:

• An ordinance titled, Ordinance establishing a special assessment for the Chippenham Place Community Development Authority and authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Chippenham Place Community Development Authority and Stonebridge Realty Holdings, LLC, regarding the financing of certain infrastructure. The proposed ordinance will establish a special assessment to secure bonds to be issued by the Chippenham Place Community Development Authority in the maximum principal amount not to exceed $17,250,000.  The purpose of the assessment is to finance certain infrastructure improvements benefiting property within the district.  

A copy of the full text of the ordinance, Memorandum of Understanding and the Rate and Method of Apportionment of Special Assessments is on file in the office of the County Administrator, located at 9901 Lori Road, where it may be viewed during regular business hours.
