Police Blotter: March 31, 2010

MEADOWDALE BL 3/17 Meadowdale Shopping Center. The victim was involved in an altercation in which his property was removed.

MANGOWOOD DR 3/17 Bermuda Run Apartments. Several shots were fired into the apartment building. No injuries occurred.

MISTORA RD 3/18 Unknown suspect/s entered the victim’s unlocked greenhouse. When the victim went out to lock the building up, the suspect fled the building on foot. Nothing was stolen from inside, however, damage was found.

BOLLINGER DR 3/19 Bollinger Estates. A locked, gray Nissan Pathfinder was entered and property was reported stolen.

TINSTREE DR 3/18 Tinsberry Trace. A GPS was reported stolen from the victim’s unlocked black 2007 Lexus.

JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY 3/18 The Market Place. An unknown, armed suspect entered the business, walked behind the counter, forced the clerk to open the register and remove cash from the drawer before fleeing from the business on foot.

ELKOMIN AVE 3/21 A suspicious fire was discovered inside the back door of the victim’s home.

KINGSLAND RD 3/19 A suspect entered a shed and removed miscellaneous items from inside.

UPP ST 3/21 Miscellaneous property was reported stolen from the victim’s Jeep Cherokee.

S BEULAH RD 3/22 Beulah Apartments. Property was reported stolen from the victim’s locked, silver 1996 Sentra.

JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY 3/21 A locked 2000 Ford F150 was entered and property was reported stolen.

JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY 3/21 Miscellaneous property was reported stolen from the victim’s unlocked green 1997 Jeep.

JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY 3/21 Property was reported stolen from the victim’s Chevrolet Tahoe.

INDIAN HILL RD 3/19 Interstate Inn. The victim reported that unknown suspect/s pried open the sunroof of her red 1995 Ford and took property.

BRYANWOOD RD 3/21 Meadowdale. The rear license plate was reported stolen from the victim’s 2000 Saturn, which was parked in his backyard.

INDIAN HILL RD 3/20 Days Inn. An unlocked 1980 Ford F150 was entered and the listed property was reported stolen.

INDIAN HILL RD 3/20 Interstate Inn. A green 1997 Ford F150 was stolen from the parking lot. Several vehicles were entered and property was stolen.

MARQUETTE RD 3/21 Meadowbrook. The victim reported his silver 2005 Toyota Highlander stolen. The vehicle was parked at the victim’s residence.

JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY 3/21 The suspect was observed masturbating inside his vehicle while parked at the listed location.

WINTERLEAF DR 3/22 Unknown suspect/s kicked in the rear door of the residence and stole items from inside.

MEADWOOD CR 3/22 Unknown suspect/s kicked in the back door of the residence and rummaged through the interior. Nothing appeared to be missing from inside.

STANLEY DR 3/22 Meadow Ridge. A residence was entered through an unlocked rear window and property was stolen from inside.

BRAEBROOK DR 3/22 Braebrook Village. The victim reported that an unknown suspect broke windows out of both of his vehicles and rummaged through them. Nothing was reported missing. The victim also reported suspect/s broke the hasp off of the residential shed and rummaged through the shed, but nothing was missing there, either.

PLANET RD 3/22 Regency Lake Apartments. The residence was entered by breaking out a pane of glass in a front window. Property was stolen.

RIVER HAVEN AVE 3/22 Rivermont Apartments. Unknown suspect/s entered a construction trailer at the site and took a fire extinguisher from inside.

LAKE TREE DR 3/22 Forest Lake. An unlocked green 1984 Ford Crown Victoria was entered and property was reported stolen. The vehicle was parked in front of the victim’s residence.

PINE ORCHARD CT 3/22 Branches Colony Townhouses. A known suspect took the keys to the victim’s vehicle and drove off. Officers later apprehended the suspect and recovered the vehicle.

TOTTY ST 3/23 The victim left her apartment for a few minutes and then returned to find her front door forced open and property taken. The soft top to her vehicle had also been cut.

GOOLSBY CT 3/23 Heritage Court Apartments. A vacant apartment was entered by breaking out a bottom pane in the rear door. Tools and equipment used to renovate the apartment were removed. Unknown suspect/s also broke out the rear sliding glass door to the apartment complex’s Ford F150 truck and removed tools and tags.

SANDY FORD RD 3/23 The complainant advised she found a window pane broken out of the rear door and items were removed from the interior of the home. A shed had also been broken into with numerous items removed. Property was also missing from underneath the carport.

BROADWATER WAY 3/23 Broadwater Townhouses. The victim returned home to find her front door forced open. No items were determined missing.

MARINA DR 3/24 Falling Creek Apartments. Two locked vehicles were entered and property was reported stolen from the silver 1998 Ford Taurus.

MEADOWDALE BL 3/23 Meadowdale Townhouses. License plates were reported stolen from the victim’s 1998 Chevrolet SUV.

WILLIS RD 3/23 Shell Station. Armed and masked suspect entered the store and demanded money. Upon receiving the cash, the suspect walked out.

JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY 3/22 The victim advised the suspects approached him and demanded money from him. When he replied he had no money, the suspects assaulted him.

LANSMILL DR 3/24 Millside. Unknown suspect/s smashed out the rear sliding glass door to the residence and stole property from inside.

RIVERTRACE RD 3/25 River Road Terrace Apartments. The victims returned home to find their front door unlocked and listed items missing. No signs or force were found.

CHERRY HILL PARK 3/24 Winchester Green Apartments. Suspect/s forced entry to the residence by kicking in the rear door. Property was stolen.

JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY 3/24 Wawa. Property was reported stolen from a Seven Up bottler’s unlocked vehicle.

JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY 3/24 Bermuda Estates Trailer Park. An unlocked green 1995 Chrysler van was entered and at this time nothing was reported stolen.
