Vendors sought for Senior Triad Day

Chesterfield TRIAD, in cooperation with Chesterfield County and the Senior Advocate’s office, is seeking vendors for their 13th Annual Senior Day, Celebrating America’s Everyday Heroes, on Wednesday, May 2 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Victory Tabernacle Church, 11700 Genito Road, Midlothian.  

More than 800 seniors, their family members, caregivers and friends attended last year’s Senior Day and had the opportunity to visit with businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies to learn about products, opportunities, resources and services available to older adults in Chesterfield.

The tentative schedule for this year’s Senior Day is as follows:

7:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
Vendor Booths Open
9:15 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Welcome Address
10 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
Program and Entertainment
11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
Vendor Booths Open

Vendors do not need to be from Chesterfield, but must offer their services to Chesterfield County residents. Each space will include one six foot table and a chair. If electricity is required, note that on the application.  The cost is $125 for businesses and a $25 door prize for non-profit organizations and government agencies.

The Chesterfield County Senior Advocate’s Office must receive the applications with a check or money order for the appropriate amount by 4:30 p.m., Friday, April 20. They may be mailed to P.O. Box 520, Chesterfield, Va. 23832 or brought to 7000 Lucy Corr Boulevard.
