Four site plans have been submitted for a retail center, restaurants and grocery stores. The Chesterfield Historical Society of Virginia (CHSV) will be a participating member in a free Time Travelers Weekend offering visitors a “passport” to explore several historical sites in Chesterfield. Magnolia Grange, built in 1822 by William Winfree, is a handsome Federal-styled plantation house named for the circle of magnolia trees that once graced its front lawn.
