0Presquile National Wildlife Refuge can be toured this fall, offering visitors an opportunity to explore the 1,329-acre island refuge and the native plants and animals it supports as well as the sustainably-designed education facilities of the James River Ecology School. The state fish and wildlife service announced last week the upcoming event scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 24 at the Wildlife Refuge.
