Chesterfield County Public Library will host trumpet player, composer/arranger and educator Victor Haskins and the Victor Haskins’ Skein. The group will perform on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Central Library, 9501 Lori Rd. The group will share music from different eras to demonstrate compositions and stylistic developments from various musicians throughout the history of jazz.
