Chesterfield County Public Schools is hosting three school bus driver job fairs. The schedule mirrors that of Chesterfield County Public Schools students: ten months with summers off. The starting hourly rate for a Chesterfield County school bus driver is $14.27, and Chesterfield County Public Schools will train and pay approved bus driver applicants to earn a Commercial Driver’s License. L. C. Bird history teacher named C-Span Teacher Fellow

WASHINGTON – C-SPAN recently announced that Joseph Stoll has been named one of three recipients of C-SPAN’s 2017 Teacher Fellowship Program. Stoll teaches U.S. History and U.S. Government to high school students at L.C. Bird in Chesterfield. He is an AP U.S. exam reader, and he teaches a U.S. History course at Reynolds Community College in Richmond.
