Rodney and Tee Wilson travelled across Southeast Asia on a recent vacation. The couple traveled through the mountains of Laos and Cambodia to the beaches of Thailand. Andy Weaver and Debra Pizzullo visited Boston May 19 – 24 and remembered to take the Village News with them for a picture at Fenway Park. Andy played first base for Thomas Dale High School until he graduated in 1974. He’s also umpired high school and college baseball for 30-plus years, so going to Fenway Park and Wrigley Field were two of the items high on his bucket list. Traveling this summer? Michael Balducci, the son of Robert and Wanda Balducci, completes Basic Combat School at Fort Jackson, S.C.
Brennan and LauraBrooke McCarney, both third generation Chester residents competed in the Irish Dance Worlds this April in Brighton England. They are holding the Village News that featured an article on their uncle, Bryan Sheetz, of Hands and Pans. Brennan placed in the top three of his age division and LauraBrooke was the only American to place in the top three in her age division.

Candace Perry, while performing with the Highland American Cruise Line on the Noordam, took in some free time and visited the Bonorony Wildlife Sanctuary in Tasmania. Perry is a 2010 TDHS graduate and George Mason University graduate with a major in dance. She enjoys getting her news from home by reading the Village News.
Sandra Bungarden went to Orlando, Florida to visit her son, Will Bungarden. He is a 2010 graduate of Thomas Dale High and 2014 of JMU. He works for Disney in Public Relations and was happy to see a familiar Village News issue.
