Chester Lions Club Installs New Officers
0The Chester Lions Club has elected new officers for the 2015-16 year. During their only June meeting, the club met at Meadowbrook Country Club for the installation of those officers. Joey McCaffrey from the Hopewell Lions did his usual outstanding job with the actual installation per the Lions’ international guidelines. The guest speaker was Dr. Ivan Perkinson, twin brother of Dr. W. Baxter Perkinson of Richmond. Ivan’s doctorate is from a seminary, while his twin’s is in dentistry. It can be contracted at any time during the year, but the heat, humidity and extra moisture of summer and pool activities make it more likely to occur in the summertime.
