CHESTERFIELD COUNTY WELCOMES TRUMPET PLAYER VICTOR HASKINSAND THE VICTOR HASKINS’ SKEIN – 7 p.m. until 8 p.m., Central Library, 9501 Lori Rd. The group will share music from different eras to demonstrate compositions and stylistic developments from various musicians throughout the history of jazz.They will also discuss some of the basic concepts behind jazz and other music rooted in African-American culture.
