Crime of the Week

The Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers program needs your help to identify several suspects.

Each year, Crime Solvers highlights about 50 unsolved cases through its “Crime of the Week” releases. Many other cases, including cases with quality surveillance images, are submitted to the program to be highlighted, but cannot be featured because of time constraints. That changed with the creation of the “Not Seen on TV” page of www.crimesolvers.net .

On this page, potential tipsters can view good quality images of suspects whose faces might not otherwise make the news. The cases span a wide variety of crimes, but they all have one thing in common: law enforcement and the victims want them solved.

Visit the Crime Solvers website, www.crimesolvers.net, and use the drop-down “Unsolved Crimes” menu. Select the “Not Seen on TV” page and take a close look at the suspect photos.

If you can identify this suspect, or have information that would help solve any unsolved crime in Chesterfield or Colonial Heights, you can submit a tip anonymously through the Crime Solvers program. Call 748-0660, click crimesolvers.net, or text, texting 274637** and starting your message with the keyword “WATSON”. If your tip helps law enforcement, you could receive a cash reward.
