Local garden club members interpret art with florals

Chester Garden Club members created spectacular floral arrangements interpreting selected art pieces during the 13th bi-annual Fine Arts & Flowers at the Virginia Museum of Art. They joined volunteers from over 50 garden clubs in Virginia. Nearly 90 interpretive arrangements were on display during the four-day event., All of the flowers for the arrangements — upward of 8,000 stems — have been donated by Strange’s Florist.
