Over the years, the Chester Community Association (CCA) and Thomas Dale JROTC have fostered a relationship through their efforts in the Chester community. The JROTC teams with CCA volunteers to present ChesterFest every year. This year’s ChesterFest will be held on Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Recently, the CCA gave $1,000 to the Thomas Dale JROTC to aid in the numerous programs conducted in and out of school.
