James River Contractor Opens New Office

James River Industrial Park officially opened last month with a ribbon cutting ceremony.  James River Contractor will be the first occupant in the 5,000 square foot center that will cater to general contractors and small businesses needing office space. Participating in the ribbon cutting were from left Charlie Hughes, Will Davis, retiring Chesterfield County Economic Development Director, Chesterfield County Board of Supervisor Chairman Steve Elswick, Debbie R. Hughes, co-owner, Russell  Hughes, co-owner, Chesterfield County Board of Supervisor Bermuda Representative Dorothy Jaeckle and Kendall Silva.
