Members of Matoaca High School Future Business Leaders of America recently volunteered their time and service at the Chesterfield Food Bank, located on Iron Bridge Road in Chester. This event was organized by Austin Sutherland, chapter secretary and was a huge success. The representatives at the food bank were very appreciative of FBLA’s efforts in this endeavor. Members agreed that it was a humbling experience to help others in need by giving back to the community. Mr. Cassein Carter, chapter adviser, attended the event and praised the volunteers for their commitment to serving their community.
