The 41st Annual Fort Clifton Arts & Crafts Festival will be held May 7 and 8 at Berberich Park – site of Fort Clifton in Colonial Heights located behind Tussing, Elementary – 5501 Conduit Rd.
The Fort Clifton Festival began in May of 1976 as part of the Bicentennial celebration and has now become an annual event held on Mother’s Day weekend.
The festival will feature 100 arts and crafts exhibitors, Civil War encampment, exhibitors and demonstrations, activities for children to include pony rides and petting zoo, as well as live musical entertainment by Cedar Creek and The Johns.
Festival hours are 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday – parking and admission are free.
