Dr. Joseph P. Casey, County Administrator, spoke at the regular meeting of the Woman’s Club of Chester on Nov. 7. He was introduced by Sarah Snead, Deputy County Supervisor for Human Services and Dorothy Jaeckle, our Bermuda District Supervisor.
Since November is Cultural Arts Awareness Month, Dr. Casey focused on the importance of the new Baxter Perkins Center for the Arts which will break ground very soon. This project has been the pet project for Betty Matthews for many years.
