The last commercial lot in the Village Green mixed-use development is the site of a building under construction.
Property manager Sean Eichert said the 12,000-square-foot, two-story building on the northeast corner of Chester Village Drive and Route 10 will house two existing businesses that plan to relocate within the Village Green: Deux Amis Med Spa and She Chester, a jewelry and gift shop. The building will also have six apartments, two 1-bedroom units and four 2-bedroom units.
The building – which is located across Celebration Drive from Don Papa Grande Mexican restaurant – has a target opening date of July 1, Eichert said.
Eichert – who said he has been involved with Village Green since its inception in 2009 – called it a “live, work, play village concept.”
Deux Amis Med Spa owner Tammy Mormando said she is “very excited” about the move, and noted that, after the move, the six-year-old business will be in one space instead of two and have more visibility.
