Chester resident Kate R. Nosbisch was recently recognized with the President’s Medal for Distinguished Service from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. She is pictured above receiving the award from the organization’s president, David L. Hoffman. He commended each of this year’s 12 recipients for their commitment to architectural regulation and NCARB’s mission to protect the public’s health, safety and welfare.
