The Home Building Association of Richmond is hosting the 68th Annual Parade of Homes in October.
The event is free to the public.
The Parade of Homes, a self-guided tour of the region’s top new homes, begins on Oct. 5-6 and will run all four weekends of the month, including Oct. 12-13, 19-20 and 26-27. Hours are from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
There will be 73 new homes built by 29 builder members in this year’s show.
The Parade of Homes Plan Book and the website, RichmondParadeofHomes.com, will include detailed information about the event. A free magazine will be available beginning Sept. 22 at Kroger and Food Lion supermarkets and Wawa convenience stores.
