CALL CENTER FOR FIRST COHORT FAMILIES

Chesterfield County Public Schools is ready to greet certain Level 2 special education students previously identified as eligible to return on Sept. 29. As these students return, the Department of Special Education will open a call center for these Cohort No. 1 families to answer questions and help provide an extra layer of support.

The Cohort No. 1 Call Center will be open Tuesday- Friday from 7 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Chesterfield County Public Schools families can call 804-639-8787 for support. Support is available in other languages as well.

Specific questions about a Cohort No. 1 child’s accommodations may be referred back to the child’s case manager. If a call-center support staff member cannot answer the question immediately, the caller will receive a call back from a school division staff member more familiar with the specific inquiry.
