Members of the Matoaca High School American Red Cross Club volunteer every week throughout the school year at Colonial Heights Elementary schools. This is a group of students who, in addition to their academic and other extra-curricular responsibilities, are very much committed to serving the community. This year, as a group, they accumulated a group total of 707 hours of tutoring. The top three volunteers were: Shani Samuels, Chaniece Williams and Amber Marshall.
