At its April 27, 2016 meeting, the Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors adjourned to a 15-day closed session at undisclosed locations pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(1), Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, for discussion and consideration of prospective candidates for employment as County Administrator. The Board of Supervisors will at 1:00 p.m. in the Public Meeting Room to come out of the 15-day closed session and to certify the closed session.

ANNUAL PLANT SALE – 8:30 a.m. unti 2 p.m. The Chesterfield Juvenile Detention Center school will hold its annual plant sale at 6819 Mimms Loop, which is next to the Chesterfield County Museum and Lane B. Ramsey Administration Building. Students have developed life skills as they have grown these plants to sell: ferns ($10), hanging baskets ($10), container flowering plants ($5), vegetables ($2) and herbs ($2). CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION GOALS & ACCOOUNTABILITY COMMITTEE MEETING – 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Room 502, Administration Building, 9901 Lori Rd.The Capital Construction Goals and Accountability Committee was formed to review all plans related to the bond referendum projects and make recommendations to the School Board and the Board of Supervisors. The committee will also review financial documentation related to the projects and seek to coordinate the construction projects with other neighborhood and community initiatives.
