Draft Bikeways and Trails Plan, which is proposed to be a new chapter of the Comprehensive Plan is moving forward. The plan, which will be part of the overall Chesterfield County Parks and Recreation Master Plan made its way through a countywide public meeting process and was approved by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission (PRAC) at their April meeting. Ten citizens spoke in favor of the plan, PRAC unanimously endorsed the plan.
