MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID – 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Mental Health First Aid is a public-education program that introduces participants to risk factors and warning signs of mental illnesses, builds understanding of their impact, and overviews common supports. BLOCK-PRINTED BOOKPLATES AND BOOKMARKS – 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Enon Library.  In this VMFA workshop, you will learn how to carve your own design onto a printmaking block and print small versions of bookplates and bookmarks. Register online at library.chesterfield.gov

MINING & CRAFTING WITH BRICKS 4 KIDZ – 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Meadowdale Library. Using LEGO bricks, children will build Minecraft shelters, characters and tools in this hands-on introduction to architecture and engineering. For children K-5. Register online at library.chesterfield.gov
