JTCC Foundation accepting scholarship applications

Each year, the John Tyler Community College Foundation’s scholarship program helps new and returning JTCC students. The program provides thousands of dollars in support by offering a wide variety of need- and merit-based scholarships; general and major-specific scholarships; and scholarships for specific localities. 

The JTCC Foundation is now accepting applications for its 2020-2021 academic year scholarships. To be considered for a scholarship, an applicant must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Be a current or prospective student planning to attend Tyler during the 2020-2021 academic year. High school seniors, who will graduate in 2020 and plan to start Tyler in Fall 2020. 

• Earn a 2.5 minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA).

• Enroll in a program at Tyler by the first day of the Fall 2020 semester. Visit www.jtcc.edu/majors for a list of majors. 

• Have in-state tuition status.
