The Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers program needs your help to identify and locate two bold shoplifting suspects. On Monday, Sept. 7, at about 4:30 p.m., a white male and white female worked together to steal women’s undergarments from the Victoria’s Secret in Chesterfield Towne Center. Surveillance cameras later revealed the female suspect was pulling clothing from display racks and putting it into a large bag being carried by the male suspect.
